Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes. Pay once, access for your plan duration. No subscriptions, no auto-renewals. Your card is never stored by us — payments go through Razorpay.
Which languages are available?
All nine major Indian languages: Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Marathi, Telugu, Bengali, Malayalam and Kannada. Each plan covers one language — the one you select at sign-up. If you later need a second language, you buy it separately.
How does instant scoring work?
After you interpret each segment, your recording is scored against the real NAATI deduction model: Accuracy (27 marks), Language quality (11) and Delivery (7) — 45 in total, with every deduction itemised, immediately.
What is the NAATI CCL pass mark?
You need 63/90 combined across two dialogues, with at least 29/45 per dialogue. Our readiness gauge tracks exactly where you stand against this target.
Can I upgrade from the free plan?
Yes — your progress, scores, and streak are all preserved when you upgrade. Just tap "Upgrade" inside the app at any time.
How does the pass guarantee work?
If you buy the
Pass Pack (A$99), complete at least 30 dialogues on the platform, and still don't pass your NAATI CCL test, send us your official NAATI result and we refund you in full. The 30-dialogue condition exists for one reason: the guarantee is on the practice actually working, not on buying it and never opening it.

Is there an AI coach?
Yes — Full Access and Pass Pack include a 24/7 AI study coach in the chat bubble. Ask it anything about passing the CCL — study plans, tricky domains, mistakes to avoid — and it answers instantly, with your conversation saved to your account so it’s there on any device. Your dialogues are still scored against the real NAATI marking model, not an AI guess.
Why is Full Access limited to one language?
Because you only sit the CCL test in one language. Charging you for nine when you need one would just make the price worse. If you genuinely need a second language, you can buy it as a separate purchase.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your progress history and vocab trainer remain accessible. Dialogue attempts revert to free-tier limits. You can purchase a new plan to extend access at any time.
