How to claim

Why the 30-dialogue condition?

Because the guarantee is on the practice working — not on you buying it and never opening it. Thirty scored dialogues is roughly two to three weeks of steady preparation, and it is fewer than the number available in every language we support — so the condition is always reachable.

If you've done the work and still didn't pass, that's on us, and we'll refund you. If you bought it and never practised, no product on earth could have helped, and a refund isn't the honest outcome.

The fine print

• The guarantee covers the Pass Pack (A$99) tier only.
• The 30 dialogues must be completed before your test date, in the language you purchased, and each must score at least 29/45 (the per-dialogue pass mark).
• Your NAATI test must be sat within 12 months of purchase.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your result being issued.
• We require your official NAATI result notification. Screenshots of a portal are fine; a typed message is not.
• One refund per person. The guarantee does not apply to a second purchase after a successful claim.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay.
• If you pass, you keep lifetime access — there's nothing to do.
