Important: NAATI Practice is an independent study aid. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI). Passing our practice tests does not guarantee passing the official NAATI CCL examination.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of naatipractice.com (the "Service"), operated by SPARKBIZSOLS ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at contact@naatipractice.com.

The Service is licensed for your personal, non-commercial study use only. You may not:

Paid plans grant access to the Service for the stated period (30 or 90 days) for a single language. Plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Access expires at the end of the plan period.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including dialogue text, audio, scoring algorithms, software, and design — is owned by SPARKBIZSOLS or its licensors and protected by Australian and international copyright law. Your practice data (scores, attempts) belongs to you.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) our real NAATI-model scoring exactly replicates NAATI's official marking; (c) using the Service will result in passing the official NAATI CCL exam.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, SPARKBIZSOLS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including exam failure, lost study time, or data loss. Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
